I currently have a set of CMI's that are Powdercoated and I would like to have them stripped and polished, can anyone direct me to someone that does this type of thing in SoCal? I appreciate your help in advance

CMI's are stainless, never seen a set powder coated. Maybe I don't understand but why would they be coated ? Are you shure they are CMI's ?

Same question are you sure they are CMI'S? Sound like Lightnings to me.

You might try Santa Ana plating in Santa Ana. If they can't do it they can probably direct you to someone who can. 714-549-3323.

Faster,
Call Al Reed Polishing in Anaheim. He has done my polishing (and powder coating) for years and has done work for some on the ***boat boards too. 714-632-3907

Reaper, Thanks I tried those guys and they couldn't Help. Thanks though.
BBTahiti Al Reed's was my next choice. I am going to use him to do some wheel polishing for me so we'll see if he can help.

I recommend Al Reed also. Did an excellent and inexpensive job on my stuff. I'll be taking some other things in after the season is over. Be sure to tell Al that you got his info from the Hot Boat board, it will drive him nuts.
