Water vs pop

An interesting statistic: The average family will spend $474/yr on water and wastewater, yet will spend $707/yr on soda pop. I'm sorry, but the stats didn't mention beer.
To me, even a small part of that price difference could mean real pay for my people and better equipment. Pity that life is not fair.
