I ran track in H.S. and college as a sprinter (100, 200, 400 meters and relays). I ran in TAC for a team called All American Track Club for 2 years after college until knee injuries (from other sports) made it impossibe for me to continue to compete. I toyed around with other competitive sports, but track was my main sport and first love, so to speak, in sports.

I was so proud.
As far and the 40oz curl, I will challenge you any day. In my hay day, I could down three OE800 40's in a couple hours and not even puke. Now, one will make me puke. But I was the master, and with some training, you will call me sensee(sp?).

I know this is going to sound like Al Bundy but I was an All-League Defensive-end at South Torrance High School C/O 98 and I also Wrestled and through Shot-put and Discus in High School. Also played Rugby for the LA Rugby club for 2 years 98-99. Know I just ride dirt bikes. But kinda looking to get back into a competitive sport.
