I don't know how you guys remember these names.
I remember that the first driving ticket I ever recieved was from a really big really mean asshole. Gave me a ticket saying I failed to yield the right of way while making a left hand turn. Funny thing is that I made a left turn on the green arrow and a guy comes blazing through the intersection and nails me but it was my fault. I failed to yield the right of way by turning on a green arrow???? How does that make sense.

Officer James Hendrix, San Berdo Sheriffs Dept.
After hearing his name I also spent the night in jail.

I probablly shouldn't tell you people but if you get a fix it ticket and know the name of an officer , you can write it off yourself. They don't keep sigs of all cops on file. Not that I know this from experience or anything. Just FYI.

My first ticket was about 3 months after I got my license. :D I was driving around about 6pm in the winter time and it was just starting to get dark, the cop pulled me over for not having my lights on I told him it wasn't even dark yet, and if I could be left with a warning this would be my first ticket. He said no, his daughter got her first ticket the week prior. Vengeance sucks. I was very upset. That is the worst 1st ticket probably anyone has ever recv'd. :(
By the way I don't remember his name.

to bad that does work, you also need a sity stamp. But you can try it now and forgery will be just added on as your felony charge...

Long ago, well before having my Driver License..riding my motorcycle around the neighborhood....apparently I wasn't aware of him(cop) sitting there but I did a few wheelies right past him, turned around(as in donut) and did another wheelie right by him again and zoomed down the road. He came chasing after me but I still hadn't noticed him(young ignorance  ) and did a few turns that threw him off my tail. After about 10 minutes of MX'ing in the fields I returned to the scene and parked in my friends driveway.
He says frantically, Didn't you see the cop chasing you??!!! I say NO!!!!!...at that moment I hear the deep throated downshift "BaaaWoooo" of a four barrel carb around the corner....BUSTED!!! eek! eek!
Needless to say Pops was a little tweaked but I survived the ordeal.. Fun memory now but scared the crap out of me back then----ahh the good ol' days. :D

... that's when he noticed the "Jetboats Rule!" sticker on your truck and gave you an escort to the bar.

My own.
OOHHHH! You mean the first one I GOT!
I thought you meant the first one I gave!
Hermosa Beach PD. Something Cavanaugh. Motor Officer. Was for exhibition of speed. A Saturday night in 1971, 22nd Street and Hermosa Ave. I chirped the tires in my '66 Chevy P/U, when dropping it in gear after rapping the twice pipes at a buddy in a 65 'Stang.
Could have been worse. The guy in the Pony was charged with street racing, since he laid down a stripe 1/2 block long.
