My favorite place is where my friends are. :)
By the way, that's a fantastic picture in your profile. You are a great looking family. :)

Rainbow Lake, Alberta. If you forget to bring food, you can eat the horse flys.

Emerald Cove looks beautiful. Thinking of getting a travel trailer to leave there or somewhere like it. How do you like it? Store your trailer there? Store boat there? Rates? Security? Thanks for any information. eek!

Back To Havasu:
Emerald Cove looks beautiful. Thinking of getting a travel trailer to leave there or somewhere like it. How do you like it? Store your trailer there? Store boat there? Rates? Security? Thanks for any information. eek! We love it there. We bought our membership 4 years back for $3500 plus $298 annual dues. You can stay at any of their 6 resorts including Emerald Cove, Needles, LHC, Yuma, Cherry Valley, El Golfo Mexico.
You can stay for 14 days and then you have to be out a week. You can move to a different resort for 7-14 days and then go back. The only thing you pay for besides your annual dues is cable which runs $2.50 a day.
I store my boat and trailer there for $20 a month April to October. During the Snowbird season they move storage off site to another park. We bring the toys back home to enjoy in the off season.
They have a store, rec room, laundrymat, propane, launch ramp, 2 pools, pool bar, 2 jacuzzis. There are something like 800 campsites of which 80 or so are riverfront. First come first served to get a riverfront site.
