Compress/ save them as an mpg or avi (Divx compression is the best www.divx.com, (http://www.divx.com,) its free). Then you should be able to upload them to the media center as long as they are not too huge. If they are big email me and I will setup an FTP transfer for you.

How much is too huge? I just tried to upload about a 6meg AVI to the media center, it appear to upload ok but I never got any confirmation that it went. I also don't see it anywhere in there.

Hang on a minute, I cant remember what it is set to. I am also going to test real quick to see if the script is timing out.

It was set at 6megs, I bumped it up to 12.

hmm...still having troubles. I tried a smaller about 4meg file with the same result. It does appear that the script may be timing out. I see it running this script http://www.***boat.com/image_center/uploadphoto.php and I see the lights on my modem flashing. After a minute or so I see a Done in the bottom right of IE and just a blank screen
