Not a "Fire Inspector" but a Fireman, we do Fire Safety inspections annually. I might be able to help....

Well I am in the fire industry, (sprinklers)
But i have an oral interview coming up to be an inspector for a city
just wondered what kind of questions i will be asked

Be expected to talk about the Uniform Fire Code, Building/Safety codes, plan reviews, things of that nature. These are some of the more common topics that would probably come up but I would strongly recommend that you visit the agency you are interviewing with and talk to some of the inspectors. Im sure they can be more specific. Good Luck!
