Likin that area. :) My place is right across from Active Storage and the Mobil station. West side of 95 is a nice area.
Check with Glenda @ Green Valley Realitors. She knows the area very well.
Also might check with Summit Realitors. I think his name is Chris.
Good luck... :D :D

check out this website...These are 2 fairly new mobile homes for rent right on the river. directly across from Needles marina park. We stay at a friends place next door once in awhile.. Both have plenty of parking for boats and vehicles and a private boat dock...Boat launch is across the river at the Needles marina or the public park.

Does anyone know what one of those would cost to buy? They have been rentals for some time now and always rented out during summer. Serious cash flow properties. Very nice properties too.
River front, rip-rap, dock and mobile home I would guess high $200,000.00 to mid $300,000.00, Bet bet would be check with several local realitors.

Most of those river front lots without anything on em go for at least $250K. So its the land not the mobile thats so expensive

Our friends purchased the property next door a few years ago and they paid around $260,000 for the property with 2 mobile homes and large boat garage...3 of them went in on it together...I'd imagine a property like that today is around high $300,000's..
