I can not beleive that they are getting $1500 a week. That seems really high for a trailer.

That makes no sense to me at all. I have a client that just built a place north of the bridge. It is 3500 sq/ft, private launch, 4 car garage great house. Huge lot. He wants 1,100,000 for it.

He is going up this weekend to look at lots or homes on the river. He just sold his home in Diamond Bar, river house, 29' force and Ford crew cab to be able to buy up. If you have a address he said he would go by.
