I just bought my Havasu House a few months back. Got a rate of 5.875. Not too bad. Now, rates are lower, and a few weeks a go there was a topic on lenders in LHC. Many of you recommended some lady on the lake side of the Highway somewhere, seems like everyone really liked her, if I recall, she even went to the channel to have her clients sign. Does anyone remember her? Or any other recommendations? I don't want to go through countrywide. Thanks, Rick

It was River Valley Mortgage.
I dealt with Jason Fowler, he is a freind of mine...His cell # is (928) 716-7499.
However, I think he is on vacation until next week!!
I don't have the office number with me, but I am sure its in the book.

Thanks guys - that was who I was looking for. I'll give her a call today as I'm heading in this weekend and will make an appearance at OP6 (due to kids in tow won't stay too long)! :p

Rates have backed up today, should be looking at 5.25% with 0 points on a conforming 30 year loan.
