I made a part which has a shaft that spins in a bronze bushing. The bushing was supposed to be press fit into an aluminum holder. However, the holder was machined slightly too big for a press fit. Now, sometimes the bushing spins with the shaft. Do you know of anything I can use to "glue" the bushing in place and stop it from spinning?
Thanks

It depends on the load and how much the aluminum is oversize. Pin it, or shrink the hole with a ball. Loctite makes a bearing locker it's just like regular loctite except it's green. There is lots of ways to fix stuff like that.

Locktite Red, if it isn't too loose.

Consider JB weld if its to just keep the bushin in place and not load bearing. Kagen, Auto zone, Pep Boys.

Thanks for all the suggestions. There's no load on the bushing and it's about 1-2 thousandths difference. I tried some red loctite and it seems to be working. :)

Here's an old school fix. Knurl the shaft, then turn it down to the correct OD.
