Pool table delivery in the IE

Does anyone know a company or someone who can disassemble and deliver a pool table? It's upstairs and I need it delivered from Ontario to Rancho Cucamonga.

There is a billiards shop on Central Ave in Ontario (s/I-10 fwy + s/Costco in a strip mall type loc) that is really helpful everytime we went in there. They do move tables. Cant remember their name but will look when I'm out today.

Marky = the place is called "Pool Tables Direct" at 9748 Central Ave, Montclair. 909 625-6585. I confirmed that they do move tables etc....
