Along with the 21 Daytona...I've got a custom Harley, 88" motor with all the good stuff...that I built and painted myself. (Always been into Harleys) Use to keep two but the boat came along!...and also a 81 Corvette. Had several Vetts but I like the 81, Bought it new. White, mirror T-Tops Red interior... And my home. Opps...can't forget about the Ford Diesel F-250 4x4!

The next toy may be a 1969 Camaro if I can ever convince my father-in-law to part with it..

I got a '69 Mustang fastback powered by a 390 that's been slightly warmed up. Very nice condition- totally redone. Kinda funny, I'm really a Ford man at heart with a Ford truck to two my boat with, but my jet boat has a BBC. I just tell my friends that a Ford is towing a Chevy- as usual.

HammerDown
07-16-2002, 05:57 PM
Well I forgot one, the pic of the Mustang made me remember....My mother had a 1964+1/2 2+2 289 fast back with the pony seats, dark green W/Black interior.
She passed away when I was 19...the car has been sitting under a tarp in a garrage for over 25 years. It has I belive 40.000 miles on it. I Hope to someday bring back good memory's.

New motor will be done this week for the boat, Nothing really new for the rail this season except for going a bit easy on the boost cuase I have a habit of breaking tranies, axles and Cvs every trip.
I would love to come out to havascrew and play with you big guys but im not sure my 19ft jet boat would take to good to that rough water? Anyways anytime you want some company out there we will load up our winnibego as well!
The next party is about a month away, I will keep you posted on the date. You really missed out on the last one with the adult slip and slid and the single hooker that showed up and gave everyone a show http://free.***boat.net/ubb/eek.gif

Made it possible to put a Small Block in a 914, w/o any major mods. Check out the website, and if you are in Vegas, go get a test ride. Your arse will inhale some seat cushion.

1969 GTO Judge, Ram Air III 4 Speed with 49,000 original miles. KTM 380 MXC. Two Arabian Horses. We live next to the Western States Trail in Norcal where it winds through Folsom Lake. We have more fun riding our horses at the lake than we do boating because the weekend (Bayliner) crowds are out of control. Most of our boating is done at the Sacramento River even though we live a few minutes from the boatramp at the lake.

It is called a Giles 202. An unlimited aerobatic airplane. Yes it has a 200 Lyc. But we had it hotrodded by a guy named Monty Barret, it has around 225 now. Did you notice the Kevlar prop....ooooohhhh I can't wait for the FAA to come and bless it so we can get some air under those tires......

Well like you guys I enjoy playing in the sand during the off season of racing. I've got two RM 250s that I ride desert with, a 61 Vette that is a project car, 86 TR3 Cole drag boat and a 2001 GMC Z-71 to haul stuff to the races. I can't wait for it to cool off for I can put some hours playin in the desert. :D :D

I like reading about everyones other hobbies so I thought I would bring this back to the top. I also figured I would add pictures of my hobby. Next to boating and women, Bronco's are one of my favorite things to play with :D .
I currently own two. I bought this one about 9 years ago when I was in high school. It came with a 302 and I wanted to put a 351 in it. I asked my mom if she would buy me a 351 for it, she said that she would if the 302 blew up. I, in my infinite wisdom, drained the oil out of my 302 and ran it. The damn thing ran for a week without any problems, I took out the drain plug again and nothing came out. Then I decided, damn, what a great engine, so I put the plug back in and filled it with oil. I've had this same engine for the last 9 years (and it's a daily driver), the only thing I've done to the motor is I added a different intake and a 4 barrel carb. The only conclusion I can come too on why it still ran is either the previous owner used duralube, or enough oil stayed in the drain pan (the pan has a huge dent, making it impossible to drain all the oil). Back in April I added power steering and front disk brakes. Within the next two months I'm slapping in a Ford AOD auto tranny, rear disk brakes, and power brakes.
My daily driver (1966):

I just inherited this next bronco from my grandfather. He bought it brand new in 1966, and just gave it to me. This is his daily driver, and off-roader. I can't wait to start restoring it.

I had too many toys, so have been getting rid of things here and there to keep a handle on everything. So far, in the last year, we have gotten rid of:
Two 1600CC off road race cars
Two Yamaha Waverunners
One Motorhome
One Baja Bug
So now, all I have is:
One 2000 Yamaha 125cc MX'er
One "Disco Ball" 1977 M/C Bahner Flatdeck
Two Travel Trailers
But, we have been thinking of getting either a new Raptor or Banshee for Glamis. Anyone wanna help in taking care of all of this $hit??? Lmao...-DD Out

Well, my other toy is a Harley Davidson WG2 but I won't be riding it for a while. Saturday an idiot made an illegal u-trn right in front of me and ran me off the road into a parking lot. I layed it down and slid under a Chev Silverado. Pretty banged up and my girlfriend paid a bigger price than me. Friggin' moron truck driver. Do me a favor guys, when you see a biker give them some room on the road. I for one will appreciate it.
Here is a pic of the bike before the crash.

Just the usual stuff...
Boats: a 24' Century Arabian bowrider, a '67 Howard flat with a FE427, a '59 Whitehouse 15' runabout with a 25HP Evinrude (all original and cherry), and a couple of Kawasaki JetSkis. We have a parasail and a bunch of other water toys.
Got an Excursion to tow stuff with. We just bought a lot close to the lake and I am in the process of hiring a contractor to build a 2000 SF building to put all the toys in.
Oh yeah, last weekend my wife and I entertained a sweet looking 28 YO, she was the best toy I've had in a while, heheh.

I posted this on the 1st page of this thread and now it's a reality..Just picked up a 1968 Camaro, RS with the 327...( gift from my Father-in-law)
It's been sitting idle for 20 years, last registered in 1982!
man, it needs work...not running of course..
needs engine, tranny, rear end...have to replace just about every component.I figure about a 4 year project from today to final paint...
should be fun!

wink Man, i already feel like I bit off more than I can chew but what the heck...My 1st plan was to rebuild the 327 but there are so many 350's available already built i may go that route..Get a longblock and add manifold, carb etc..
but then again I may go with the 383..
or if i can find a 427.....
the possibilities are endless...
actually the wife and I plan to use it as good weekend driver so will probably go with the 350!

Hey thanks, I am working on the car to get it to hook up. So far it has run a 12.84 at 116, soon as it can hook should be in the low 11's. And no chebby junk in my garage :D
