well I wish I could take credit for such a great show, but I was only the sound system and DJ., the club that hosted this is called "Havasu Classics", they did a Great!!!!! job. The HC's and my club "One Summer Night" work together towards common goals, we are the only 2 clubs that seem to be able to pull this stuff off (working together) I was happy to help out a club that helps/supports my club so much. This is my goal for my club, to get ALL!!! the clubs to work together towards a common goal. 1 down 11 more clubs to go

hey no problem your parents are really cool, I am always glad to see them, you dad is a absolute crack up :)
Just like I told you, getting them into one of the car clubs, is the right thing, they are making friends left and right :), your mom is starting to get into the womens part of the clubs...and she is starting to get active within that group. it won't be long till she has not a moment to spare

Wifey and I were there; well sort of. We ate burgers by the water in that park. Dogs were swimming and we were eatin' In fact, I think I saw SummitKarl leave. Didn't get into the park until about 2:30. Only vehilces left were that big white truck with the scooters on the back and a couple others.

How did everything go? Did you get the boat in for service? How about the trailer?

Ride out went great. New truck pulls like a dream. Pulling into the Magic lot/alley area, I blew a tire on the trailer. Yippee!!!
Got down to Black Meadow and the snow birds that were in my spot until Easter left early. We have our shiat all set up for the year. Cool!
Saw kilr coming into the north side of the channel; I guess, judging by the thread title, he busted 95 with a bunch on board. He did have a big smile on his face...
How'd your trip go?

Went fine. Weather was a bit too cold to do much driving for me. My buddy that I took there ended up having a early flight home on Satruday afternoon so we took off about 1:00.
Boat ran great in that cold weather though. I got it up to 80 on Friday morning.

There is no way I would want that boat to go any faster. There is way too much wind going through that open front end to see a thing.

At 70 with mine (max), my eyes start watering. Goggles would work great, but would be geeky.

Easy on the goggles thing Rick, I have to wear mine most of the time because when you get old your eyes tend to water a lot and the wind tunnel boats are the worst!!!!!! Ahh, the Golden Years. NSF

I just wear some good wrap around sun glasses, but last time out, I turned my head to see what my roost looked like during different trim positions, and my glasses flew off. The rest of the day, it was tough with my eyes watering. I looked like a little girl who had just lost her puppy. :)

I will definitely forward them the information. I am surprised
the happening got cancelled. That is really a bummer.
(our boat won last year. Yahoo!) This is a pic of their last
car. Good luck with the new car show!!
I'll forward it to my father in law as well. He has 3 cars.
