Lost nail, munched up tip of bone and hamburgered finger but it should grow back. Thought I would post it before my brother did. His wife worked on me in ER and I think she had way too much fun inflicting pain. Lawsuit pending :D wink :D

It was my CAT like reflexes. It hurts like a SOB still (did it Sunday) it just splintered the tip of the bone real good. What suck is I knew the fan was there so I WAS being careful but it just sucked my finger in. Should I call my lawyer? There is no guard over the fan. :D
Now after a couple of adult beverages and a codiene tablet I am getting ready to go clean it. cry

I haven't looked but in order to work on it at all you have to take top cover off and there is no guard over the fan or warning stickers. The "I want a new boat" side of me devil says lawsuit but the "take responsibility for my own actions" side of me says "you were stupid move on". :D
Maybe I should start a poll???

The tank is not holding air or filling completely and I was checking for leaks in the fill tube area because the manuf. sent me a new motor after the other one fell into little pieces.

Yes Hoolign you are right but I was trying to find where the leak may be since it seemed to be happening before the relief valve or whatever the one way valve at the tank is called. Like I said, I wasn't use all of the brain cavity to its highest potential but we all learn. At least I have read the auto fan belt cover where it says to shut off engine prior to installation. :D

what i would check is your regulator,the pop valve,or pressure relief,will be very easy to determine

I changed the pop valve. We will see how that goes. It is just one of those little 25 gal home compressors. Thanks.

Whats all the hoopla? A GOD damn scratch. You went to the ER for that! Come on bro. Apply pressure, wash off, bactine, iodine, let air for a day then a couple drops of battery acid. Be just like a calous. Within 7-10 days you`d be fine. wink
