This guy is going to be bummed when he realized EBAY will hold him responsible for seller fees based on the closing bid even if the buyer doesn't pay. Owing EBAY 1.05% of 100mm will look bad on a credit report.

Probably because I sent him a coutesy email with a quote from their sellers fee's section about the same time I posted here. I guess he got my mail.... My good deed for the day, now I can be bad :cool:
