Weekends wise, the town is about sold out for the fall.
We just give Edgewater a shot, sometimes there is a cancelation,
For deals,, consider a search on the motels across the river in Bullhead City.
Sometimes they are a steal.
If all else fails, we RV it to the House of Pain,,RE: The Riverside

Just play big money on the tables and the casinos treat you good ! I play Craps or BlackJack for hours..so they show me lotsa love in Laughlin ! Of course in the long run, those "VIP deals" have probably cost me thousands..but hell it's only money right !

If all else fails, we RV it to the House of Pain,,RE: The Riverside HUH??? Sold out? I never have problems getting a room. I even called 2 weeks before Labor Day and was able to get a room. My advice, NEVER use the online booking. Every time I've checked for availability, it says they are booked. I pick up the phone, and get a room. Go figure. The least expensive place I've stayed at out there is probably River Palms or Colorado Belle. I think River Palms is nicer. The rooms at Colorado Belle are a little run down. Here goes the breakdown as I see it. I've been going there for the past 9 years maybe and stayed at almost all the hotels. Here ya go, in my opinion:
Riverside - I always stay there now. Easy boat parking. Close to Loser's Lounge. Movie theater. Rooms - about $25/wk day, $70/wk end
Ramada - Good boat parking but far. Kinda dead for night life. Lotta old farts. Rooms nice. Good grub. $2 Coronas. Too far from everything though. Rooms - about $19/wk day, $55/ wk end
Harrah's - BOAT PARKING SUCKS HERE. Cleanest place I think though. Younger crowd. Cool arcade for kids. 24 hour adult pool (I think it's still 24 hrs). Beach on river(no boats though). Good food. Rooms - about $25/ wk day, $85/ wk end.
River Palms - Lotta good eats here. Sometimes kinda hoppin in the casino bar area. Rooms nice. Rooms - about $18/ wk day, $55/ wk end. Pretty nice since they remodeled it. I've stayed the weekend and had them slip flyers under the door to stay extra nights for $10.
Golden Nugget - Never stayed there, they don't have alot of rooms. Seems nice. When I checked, they were the most $$$. Tarzan's is an OK bar though.
Pioneer - Kinda old school motel style. Didn't appeal to me. Never stayed there. Cool for cheap beers though.
Edgewater - Nice rooms. I don't like there boat parking/shuttle thing. Great steakhouse. Rooms - $30 wk day, $85 wk end (They charge the first room on your card though for a deposit)
Flamingo - Never stayed there. Seems about the same as Edgewater though.
Colorado Belle - Cool brewery there, good music. Rooms need to be refurbished. I like there pool atmosphere. Rooms - about $25/wk day, $55/wk end. Decent boat parking.
That's it, that's my opinion. Didn't mean to babble. Hope this helps. Any other questions? Just ask.

Oh yeah, join any slot clubs. That's how you get better deals and comp rooms. I'm sure you knew that.

bite the bullet and pay this time. If you go to river palms especially, you can get free rooms all the time. I have played maybe 2 hrs on my players card and now every month i get a flyer that says 3 free nights for the following month any day. The trick is GET A PLAYERS CLUB CARD, it is free. Then go gamble for an hour and next summer you will have free rooms.
