We just found a place Sunday that i would like to make an offer on,and need to talk to a loan broker asap!!!It has been a slow year for business,so i have some questions reguards to credit?? I have plenty of equity in my home,where can we go from here???????

..Check out www.onlineloans4less.com, (http://www.onlineloans4less.com,) they have a 2 minute approval process that is pretty good. We have used them for our last 3 loans....

Check out this mortgage calculator:

It's a Java applet that graphically shows how much a loan will cost you over it's term. You can add in extra payment to principal, etc. Pretty cool.
I used Downey Savings (http://www.downeysavings.com) on my last re-fi. They had the best rates/points available.
