I am bored at work and a project is on hold that I was working on so I thought I would post this other project, I dont know if the rest of you put hot rod ideas into your work but I do, the alum idler holder was designed like a con rod and the lightning holes are just there to kill some wieght and look cool. http://www.hotboatpics.com/pics/data/500/19MVC-007S-med.JPG

It puts a web onto another web that is being extruded onto a chill roll. The flat cylinder moves the alum rollers in and out in case of wrap up or cleaning, the two dark idlers allow the web to continue running over the chill roll so they dont have to shut down the main extruder.

So I'm curious, If you have an efficient web on the chill roll in the first place, why do you need a second web and why would you run over the chill roll if it's going to shut down the main extruder without the second web covering the extruders? wink :D
