try these companies. a lot more bang for your buck!
www.alienware.com (http://www.alienware.com) www.voodoopc.com (http://www.voodoopc.com) they're for gamers which is what makes them so gnarly. They're about the same price as the dell with less BS and more power

Alienware doesn't sell port replicators and has rude, condescending employees. I'll check out the other.

Thanks,
MissHBjet They can be good deals but I know nothing about that one. Just make sure the person you are buying form is in the US and the form of payment you use has some type of protection. There are a lot of people in other countries that are selling laptops and not sending them.

I just recently got a Dell desktop with a bunch of upgrades. It's definitely nice.
I spent 1800.00 eek! I thought that was expensive.

They cost a lot more but they're well worth it. In my opinion Voodoo or Mac are the only true options. that's just me and I'm a hardware tech and reviewer so I love power but I still think people should pay no less than 1500 and get something like a voodoo or mac.
