Went out last night to a place known for very large steaks, I had the three pound monster, it was a porterhouse and damn tasty. You actuall took a pic of your meat eek!
I like mine "Pittsburgh Rare"... For those that don't know...chared on the out side, rare on the inside. Yum-yum

No offense, I'm sure they tasted good but they look like medical pictures!

The best steaks for us are made at home - we buy Costco steaks and they are far better than any steaks (and meat, chicken and fish) than we've bought anywhere else.
