Dodge RB4 navigation units

Does anyone have the RB4 navigation unit in their Ram? I just bought one, and can't seem to get it working, may be an antenna issue, can't lock in any satelites. I have the antenna on top of the dash for now, and that still doesn't work. Anyone installed one of these? The guy I bought it from will not be back until Wednesday of next week. The RB4 is the factory unit Dodge offered. Thanks!

i have one in my dodge and it is pretty much a joke. the Garmin units work way better. return it if you can and get a garmin.
