Ok we all know we love our boats. However I also love my guitar. What do all you musicians out there play??
My prize possesion is a Les Paul Custom guitar played through a Korg processor then going to a hot-rod modified Laney half-stack. Also have an Ibanez that I keep tuned down a half step for those jams that need it..
Rock On!!

I am all G&L, with a custom built S-500 signed by Leo, and a Legacy honey-blond for the on-stage backup fiddle. Both played through a Digitech 2101 and Roctron Velocity 250 power amp rig. I also have a backup Digi and Rocktron for touring redundancy. I have four cabs, dependant on gig type. Two are ADA 2x12" cabs loaded with Celestions, and two Marshall 4x12" Celestion loaded half-stacks (one slant). Spare cabs include an Ampeg 4x12 and a Laney 4x12.
Are we getting into PA's?

PA's?? Bring 'em on!
Too bad there wasn't power on the Sandbar. Just think how really nutty it would be out there with a huge jam session! eek!

Early to mid 70's Fender P-Bass played through an Ampeg Stack. Head is the SVT 4 Pro Series with the SVT 810E cabinet. Also have an Applause Ocoustic Guitar, Fender Strat and a couple of smaller amps with a few peddles here and there (for the guitar).
Now I just need to find a new band with decent musicians and some ambition.........

I have and American made BC Rich neck thru 4 string bass with DiMarzio pickups and a BC Rich American made 5 string bass with a single Bartolinni pick up. When I played professionally I had an Ampeg SVT-3 all tube head that would drive two cabinets. Each cabinet had one 15", four 10"s and a horn. It was very loud and very clear and rich. Who wants to play?

That is cool..........similarly, I have played out around the midwest a little.....even cut a demo with my last band.........but have now given up on original material and am looking for a GOOD cover band. It is something to do in the winter time you know.......

I played in "Cybil's Trip" here in San Diego, and have recently been playing with what used to be "Natasha's Ghost".
I am always looking for someone to jam with, and you have seen the studio in my house, right?
Sounds like we need a drummer...

Yep, I have been playing drums/percussion for over 12 years. Like some of the guys on here, I played a lot of bars, and did some studio work back in '91 with my own band, and as a session hack. I havent played in a legitimate band for a few years, but I totally miss doing local stuff, and just having a good time. It was be the bomb to get a "Sandbar Session" going on one of the riverboats. -DD Out

Here's what I didn't mention...My FIRST guitar I had when I was 8 or 9, was a nylon guitar out of the S&H green stamp book, if anyone remembers those..I'm 38 for reference. :D I think I "paid" 15 books for it! What a mess that was looking back.....but back then, I thought I was my then hero, Ace Frehley, but all I could play was Jingle Bells and Old MacDonald...poorly too :D
