Seriously, I am looking for both. And, I would love to get a 247. This sounds wierd huh? I am actually looking for a shorter motorhome so I can store it at my house. But, I will need a little bit of a break on the boat. I dont want to sound frugle but I just cant afford it.

I am in the rv business and for those of you who dont know the southwind, it is the shit!!! I had one in the past, but not the 35'.
Southwind will have the corian counter top,hardwood floors, power platform, alderwood cabinets(which is a higher quality wood)tag axle,and i think one of the best looking motorhomes out there!!
