I am selling my house in Placentia its 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 1600 sq/ft with a loft that could be 4th bedroom built in 1998. New 2" Faux wood blinds throughout, new 12x12 tile in entry and both upstairs bathrooms, nice Bruce Hardwood floors in kitchen, it has a large driveway with an oversized 2 car garage and one of the largest lots in the tract, its located at Alta Vista & Rose in the Alturas which is a gated community. I'm asking $439,900.
If you know of anyone looking to buy a house in this area and it sounds like it might work for them give them my name and number.
I will pay $1000 finders fee if you find me a buyer.
Thanks in advance!

I'm buying a bigger house with bigger lot that has RV access and room to build a pool. And I want a single story home instead of 2-story.
Know someone?

I can't believe you didn't mention something about the garage. You should realize that most of the people here buy a garage that a house comes with.

Sounds like a nice place. I can't believe what OC real estate is costing these days. In the Palm Desert area you can buy a brand new 3000+ sq ft house, big lot (10,000 15,000 sq ft), granite counters, 18 inch tiles, yada yada yada for 400,000.
Of course you live in the desert, no beach, 4-5 months of 100 degree weather. But you're less than 2 hours away from the river :D
Good luck in selling, I'll keep my ears open for any friends looking to buy in OC

Thanks CP I appreciate it! Yes the prices are rediculous here in OC. I just opened escrow today on a house a few exits from OC off of Green River in Corona. Its a single level almost 2000 sq/ft, remodeled kitchen with granite counters, scraped ceilings with recessed lighting, good size RV access and a HUGE 17,000 sq/ft lot with a view of the mountains and on a clear day you can see LA from the front and back yard. I got the new house for $435,000 and I'm hoping to sell my current house for the same price.
I really appreciate anyone keeping an ear out for me.
THANKS,
