Yeah during the summer months...typically row one (if we get there early enough in the week)
Lately though it's been getting more and more crowded...too much boat chop for this smooth water gal :D I don't mind boat chop for some sports, but when I want to ski it sucks!:yuk:

lol.. i hear ya, i used to go alot ,and seems like we would have all of san antonio to our selfs, i owuld just throw my vest on upside down , grab a cold beer , and just float alongside my boat at the north end of the lake, there'd be about ten boats on the water, less our party, but the last time i was there(this summer) it was a zoo, i couldn't believe how busy san antone was!!!

It has changed a lot lately!!! You have to go an invade the fisherman's section passed the buoy up at the north end to get smooth water...and then it's a no wake zone so all you can do is float around listening to music and drinking a cocktail :)
Last year (not this passed summer, but the summer before) someone actually ripped off our anchor while we were out on the water...so beware, it's not that safe to leave your camp site anymore :(
This passed summer there was a flatty up there a couple times and one evening it was racing an ultra but the water got too choppy...the flatty caught MAJOR air and he tossed up his hands...was that you?

here's a good secret, if you like to ski, go to naci, after 5.00 pm the rangers go home, go back to the 5mph zone at the back of las tables, glass , its so sweeeeet!!!,might piss of some fisherman
but usually there not back there till dusk, but what a cool place to ski!!

If I had a camera it would have been a great shoot. When he landed his wife/girlfriend looked like she shit herself so he put up his hands and cruised back to the beach. I don't think I'm gonna make till spring. I'll be going out to Parker in the next couple of weeks to do some work on the boat, might have to take her for a spin while I'm there. Then hang at the Blue Water for some libations :D
