TRESTLE HOLDINGS INC COMMON (TLHO) This stock promises to shoot through the roof. It rose 19% today and will continue to rise. Its not a stock to day trade as it will rise and fall, but after Time it will continue to grow.
MICRON TECHNOLOGIES INC. (MU) Intel just invested about 400 million dollars into this company. The last time that Intel did this, Micron went very high. Next year should be a good year for this company as consumers by new computers.

Why would you post stocks on a forum?
To tout stocks you own? So you can make more money? Are you going to tell everyone how many shares of each that you own? And, more importantly, are you going to tell everyone when you're selling?
This stuff is worse than porn (actually, what's wrong with porn?) and shouldn't be allowed to be posted.

Get the **** out brah.
Do you think by bringing up a stock on hot boat it will pump it for day trading? Now that's freaking funny.
hahahahahahaha
Oh, and what's so bad about porn??
I've got a hot investment tip for ya all too. Max your 401K and max your IRA.
Pay yourself first and get into the habbit of doing it every month.

I have another one for you:
I know this guy I work with, that has a brother, that has a girlfriend, who likes bi-sex (beside the point), who has a cousin, that knows a shoe shine man who lives in Indiana, that has a friend who lives in Minnesota, who knows a broker that works for (insert co name here) that tells me you should buy all the (insert co name here) you can buy. You will become richer than you can ever imagine.
Please.....Your intentions may be good but nobody is going to take it seriously MP.

I dont work for a brokerage.. Im a doctor. I just thought I spread some news with peoole that share similiar interests. I wasnt trying to up the stock. Actually if people think that by telling people on ***boat I would see an increase, then they are f'n stupid.
I also thought that some people would take interest in something other than a neighbors dog that barks....
No wonder I quit coming to these boards

Agreed.
I like to read ALL the info posted on the boards...
For people who don't "play" the stockmarket, most investements are with well known companies whose products are consumed daily... ie. Coke, Pepsi, Intel, etc.... MP is a doctor who maybe familiar with the company and believes it is a good buy based on his experience and knowledge... Information like what MP has passed is how many learn that a company in a sector is even in business... Kinda like discussions at the watercooler...
Besides, how many client calls is a broker going to make if and when he notices a ticker on the rise, all of them? That could be 50 or more calls to make within a time window to get permision to make a move.....Only the 5 clients who are going to make him a big commission will get the calls...
I just wouldn't make the recommended(tip) investment without checking it out first...
For example, I have a couple stocks on the London Exchange that have both doubled my money within the last month, but I won't post them... I do keep bumping my stop though... ;) One is a bio and the other is a microelectronics...That's all I'm gonna say...

Ahh stocks
Don't quite understand why y'all jumped down MP's throat.
I play, have 3 stocks that have over doubled in the last 9 months.
One that has held steady and one that has slipped. Would love to tell you what stocks they are, but I don't want to "offend"
My companies ESPP is allowing me to buy our stock (market value today at $103) for 21$ in a month or so, good times.
I agree with Roz, I don't mind all the various posts up here, that is why it is the sandbar. Anything goes, even if it is stock talk....

My dad and brother are both brokers. I pretty much leave that up to them as it's not my bag. I've played around with the day trading a few years ago on E Trade. My dad's still teasing me about that one. lol
Now days I just do my monthly investments in two different money markets, max out mine and my wifes 401Ks and a few other things.
I feel that you have to go with what you know. So I watch my e bay selling page like others watch the dow's ticker. lol, I'm much better at e bay then day trading.

OTCBB stocks are very easy to manipulate. I am not saying that is what MP is doing but just making some of you aware that it can happen easily. 12K shares and the stock goes from 6.25 to 7.75 and then down to 7.
Just for the record MP...12K shares of a $6. that moves that much on such little volume can definitely be affected with a post on HB. Not bragging, but if I wanted to I could buy more shares than were traded today and move the price all by myself. Easily....I have been down this road many times with stocks. Getting into OTC issues...sometimes you win but usually you lose.
That said, I hope all of you get rich on this stock and I am happy for you.
And for the accurate record of volume/price/etc. here is what TLHO did today.

TLHO :They just hired a marketing manager that has a midus touch with every company that hes involved in. I just felt that this is a good company. I usually dont talk about my investments, but like I said, you all have similair interests. Its always nice when you get a heads up....
Good luck and see ya between the reeds!

Don't stress MP. Every post is gonna get hammered around here unless it's beers, boats and broads. No, I take that back. Unless it's beers and broads. Uh, wait. It's beers. Uh nevermind!
I hope you make a fortune on your stocks. And I hope no one buys any stock without spending a lot of time researching it first.
A tip is what's left of a man's nest egg after he buys stock someone recommended. :D

sorry dog
