But, there is alot of clean-up because of all the oil.

One propane powered fryer.
Several gallons of oil (we always use peanut)
One large turkey
A fire suit :D
Cook turkey in boiling oil for 3 1/2 minutes per pound.
Enjoy.
Marinades work well with this also.

Follow the cooking- timeguide very closely. It's very easy to overcook deep fried turkey as I had the dishoner of doing last T-Giving. I think alcohol had something to do with it. Good thing I also had one in the oven. Oh well, I'll try it again this year.

Not greasy at all. Somehow the outside kinda seals the grease out. If cooked correctly it will be the Best Turkey ever!!!

One thing you might check is how hot the oil should be, I think it's about 360 (?) degrees, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

Here's a pretty good article on what you need and how to do it.

They are very good. Inject the hell out of it. Not greasy at all. As Laserray stated watch the cook time and oil temp. If not it`ll be tough. Like chewing on vinyl flooring. True dat laserray, most people f up the first one. I did as well. But after that you got it down.

Make sure you put a drip pan under the cooker . If you over fill the cooker it will catch the spill .
