What are the prices for motors
HP500
HP525
HP575
Teague 625
Teague 800
I know what speeds they will run, but why buy one over the other and reliablity also.....
NEED HELP

For the HP motors Kilrtoy just look in Hot Boat test section and look for the boats with the motors you want. They always list how much the upgrade costs in the specs. You might even find the Teague motors. Use the website or the magazine.

I think it depends on the boat manufacturer. I am looking at a new baot and am being quoted about 13k for the HP500 over the 496 Mag. And 17K bump for the HP525. Not sure about the Teague Motors.

they inflate the shit out of the prices for the mag. I dont want to name the manuf. but 25k for an hp500 is a joke....
I hate arguing for a price , i just want to know the bottom line......

just in case you are interested i have a 945hp blown 540 that is set up to run on 93. everything is new with the exception of the block and procharger. both were previously used on my other motor but are in perfect shape. built by a very repuitable local marine engine builder. it includes all accessories, coolers, and cmi headers(used) 20k best offer. if you have any interest pm me and i will give you more info. just a thought. new motor for 12 the price of a teague 800
