LOS OLIVOS, California (Nov. 18) - Investigators conducting a criminal probe swarmed Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch on Tuesday, a sheriff's spokesman said. The purpose of the search was not disclosed:confused:

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY District Attorney Tom Sneddon told Court TV that an arrest warrant has been issued for Jackson under California penal code 288, a child molestation charge. Sneddon said they were ready to arrest Jackson and that there were multiple violations of the penal code.

Sounds like they feel confident in their case. He has to surrender charges are being filed.

If anybody is watching, The DA doing the press conference is acting like this is a joke. Comments he has made seem to take away the seriousness the alleged crimes.

Our law enforcement is a Joke! The sheriffs department couldn’t catch some bank robbers a few years ago because they fled the seen before the police could respond from two blocks away. Guess what the speedy get away vehicle was? A Winnebago! :rolleyes:
