I buy them by the case....Drink them before I workout. My first time I made the mistake of drinking the whole can......I was running around the gym like I was on tweak. Checking my pulse every few minutes.
There so powerfull they dont even list the ingredients and its not FDA approved.

Someone, and I wont mention names, left a container of instant coffee in it that had got wet over the winter and had molded up pretty good - already hung over from the night before I lost it ................. :cry: :cry:

I come from Hwy 16 to Sunrise and drop my sister off on White Rock then go the rest of the way up Sunrise HELL to Cirby then fight the traffic the rest of the way.
Sometimes I will take Hazel and get on the freeway but its just as bad anymore. Christmas time is complete HELL too.
