We have a Roland Soljet 540 with a cutter. It works great, but there is a lot of support equipment that goes with it. You need a laminator that coats the sticker material with a UV coating, so it doesn't fade. Then you have to peel the insides and run it through the laminator again to put on the transfer material. It is an incredible machine to watch it cut. I live in Corona If you want me to do a sample for you.

The easiest vinyl cutter to use is the roland camm-1. It runs perfectly 99.9% of the time. The trick is to find the software that will work best for you.
