I'll probably check it out tommorow or Friday. This has to be one of the all time best trilogies ever.

I heard that 99 theaters across the country showed all three movies together! That would be awesome!! Anyone have 11 hours to spare?

LOS ANGELES - Call it return of the cash. "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" took in $34.1 million domestically on opening day, easily beating the debuts of the fantasy epic's first two installments, distributor New Line Cinema said Thursday.

Wow,
Thats alot of people you don't care for!
The LOTR trilogy and the Hobbit is the most widely read series of books in the 20th century. I think it was on one of the Extended version DVD's where they stated that.
I've read the trilogy, over the last 30 years.....about 10 times.
I think I'm due for a refresher! :D
