MY wife took her real estate exam and passed it the very first time , which from what I understand is not all that easy .I just wanted to say how proud I am of her. CONGATULATIONS HONEY

How much was the school and which one did she go to

Congrats for her I was real surprised when my wife pasted hers alot of things to rember and codes, the real estate market is "brutal" LOTS OF LUCK!!!

The school was about 200 bucks it was one of the ones that advertised after your application was processed you get a shit load of ads

I don't know about on the side but it's weekends and usually after people get home from work and then there's floor time and inspections ..
