We want to put central heat and a/c in our house. The house is 2200 sq ft. There is no ducting.
What would it cost for a 5 ton unit and all the duct work?

7-9 grand tops. It depends on the layout and difficulty. Package or split, controls, etc.

after pricing it looks like 2/3 of it is labor.

Stand by,
Wait you better sit down........
It will be ugly due to the fact they will run the ducts all over the roof....
Your roof is going to look like a lego set

Since we're talking HVAC in this thread, I have a question...
I've got a two year old, 2800 square foot, two story house with a single zone (single thermostat) central air and heat which isn't the best way (but it's the cheapest which must've made the builder a few extra bucks).
I would like to go to a dual zone system (with two thermostats, one upstairs and one downstairs). What will it take and what would it cost to change from single to dual zone?
