I was on the river on Fri

In Laughlin on Fri we launched at the Chamber of Commerce and stayed up river most of the time. The water level there was no problem but as we headed down river about 1 mile up from the pipeline is was VERY shallow.
I took alot of pics but I am bad with trying to have them viewed here all at 1 time but here is 1 of the roost.

Thats a healthy roost! made a little rainbow there in the top ot the pic cool! I wish it was nice enough to the boat around here but we be in the 0 to 20's degrees F! :( I hate cold weather)

You gotta watch the rock bed right before Big Bend, it gets pretty shallow. Not to mention the optical illusion created by the water that makes it seem REALLY shallow! There's a deeper channel to the right through the narrow part but I wouldn't recommend it unless someone leads you through the first time. Just hammer on it and pray! BTW Ryan, is your roost big enough to hit the side of the Laughlin bridge? Try it sometime! My best effort hit the chain link on the walkway and sprayed cars too!!

It hit the bridge on Friday and that was with the water level being so low I hit the bottom of the fence I dont like to do it to often because Im afraid of getting a ticket if they can do that.
