I sent you a pm, the diet per say is done based on info in books. I invested in a "basic" book about it which contained a couple of uselss videos. the book you can purchase anywhere, but I would start with the internet for as much free info as you can get. It is not difficult, there is just the basic carb info. No more than 20g of carbs per day (first two weeks) then you can increase it gradually until you stop loosing weight. I have a book that shows what the carb count is for each item, lettuce, tomato. cheese, meats, drinks etc, that info you can get for nothing on the net, the rest and the amnt increase can vary, check the books for that.
