View Full Version : "rain Shields/guards/rails" on truck windows

i am not sure what they are called but are there 3 diff kinds (snap in, stick - on and screw - on) and which ones are better? this woould be for a duramax crew cab.
any insight?:cool:

I think the stick ons are good, simply because you don't have to drill any holes, and they seem to be quite secure...yet not permanent.

I put a set of the "Stick ons" on the 2003 Suburban and they work great. The Front edge is designed to slip and lock under the side view mirror to help hold at higher speeds. Mine have seen 100 and never a whimper from 'em!!. I like the faxt I can remove in the future if required. Just my $.02

I've had the stick-on models on two of my trucks without any problems!!:D
