Police on Tuesday raided the home of a Lake Havasu City man suspected of selling methamphetamine.
After a lengthy investigation, Special Weapons and Tactics officers and detectives served a search warrant at the home of Jose A. Baltazar, 41, of 1625 Avalon Drive. Police apparently recovered illegal items during the raid.
Question: What the **** do teh tweakers do when the world
is sleeping and they are up all night in places like... Havasu, Lancaster, Beaumont, Banning, Plam Desert, etc..... I mean what the **** is there to do..?? Chase lizards under the moon light ???

I seem to be a "tweaker magnet":p They're always riding there bikes around looking for a score or digging through the trash cans. Encountered one late last summer at my house in Havasu. Must have been 11pm or so when I get a knock on my door, open it to find this amped out blonde twig standing there. My car broke down and I was wondering if you could help push it to start. I wasn't to inclined to help but my wife says go see what you can do. So me and my friend walk out to this POS Escort, checked it over a bit when a Cop pulls up along side, "Need any help?" he says. Nope, just trying to get this chick away from my house and so he drives away. My buddy tells the chick she's lucky(she was cowered behind the car), anyway I found a broken wire from Alternator to Battery. Twisted it together and pushed her down the street since the battery was drained. No big deal overall but it sucks cuz she was telling us she'd just dropped her kids at a place and was late for a party, on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on, all at about 100mph mouth speed.

When I lived in Torrance we had a few in the neighborhood. We had one guy we called $5 Steve. He would always come and try to sell his crap for $5. He was a machinest and starting selling all his crap to support his habit, problem he started knocking later and later at the door. Finally I told him to stay the "F" away. Never came again.

Back in the day I knew a guy that polished a Harley with a Dremel tool for $10. Took him all night. Laughed our asses off in the morning but all said and done, he and the Dremel did a pretty good job. :D

I worked on a program for the DEA that took some military technology we make and used it to find meth labs. I won’t go into details of the technology but during the program the ACLU got wind of it and had legislation passed that would not allow it to be used. Apparently finding meth labs infringes on the rights of tweakers.
