Anyone got a late April Havasu trip planned?
I need to get my boat from Havasu to Chino in late April so my father can tow it out to me here in Colorado. If you plan to be heading back April 23rd that would be perfect. I'd be more then willing to compensate you for your gas expenses.
Also, anyone know the going rate for a boat detail in Havasu? I planned to detail the boat myself as soon as it got out here but with my hectic schedule I just dont see myself having the time to get around to it before I haul it to Indiana. Boat is 19' open bow.
Thanks,
Danny

Is it still a Bayliner?

Have Danny do your boat, right by (Aaron) Speed and Marine... I think it is Extreme Detail, they did my Howard and it looked awesome! Sorry, would love to pull your boat, but we are driving out way late Friday night.

Cool. I'll give him a call.
Also as far as the boat tow goes it can be a few days before or after the 23rd. Just sometime around that date as it will be getting hauled to Colorado Around the 27th.

OK, now I'm just wondering why he couldn't just pick it up on the way to Colorado as last time I checked, Havasu is kind of on the way, or would that make too much sense?

It's not on the way for the way he'll be traveling. He'll be headed 15 to 70. Havasu is about 4-5 hours out of the way if he goes that route because hell have to backtrack back to the 15. Not to mention my father has never been to Havasu and does not know his way around the town at all so I'm trying to make a pain in the ass task as is a little easier for him.

He could always take I40 to I25 and then up... might be an option if you can't get anyone to get the boat to him.

If I cant get the boat to him I'll just have to go pick it up myself and then head from Havasu to Indiana. Kind of a pain in the ass but not a big deal if it's what I gotta do.

Have your assistant do it on company time

I dont think his 2004 Ford Focus is up for the task of towing my boat otherwise I might consider the possibility. Do you guys know of any companies that do this sort of thing for a fee?
