I used to live here, but I moved up north about 24 years ago...(:eek: ). I am now stationed here in So Cal for 3 to 6 months... So the wife will come down from time to time and hang out.
That is why I hope to find a storage yard to bunk my boat in. Then I can get those 6 or 8 projects done I was trying to get to in November before I started on this (work) project.

I just added some finishing trouches of fiberglass to the floor of my boat to get ready to clear it so the balsa floor shines. Now I am going down to check on my motor and pick up my pump and drop off some more stuff to be pollished. I can't afford to go out and I can't explain why I don't have any money.

When the weather gets warmer, we bring our Spectra 19 back from Havasu and use it for a few weeks at Marine Stadium in Long Beach. Take a few speed runs, then just cruise Belmont Shore, and end up in the cantina at Acapulco for Happy Hour. We'll make sure to let you know so we can meet for a cruise, and hopefully a Lakers Game afterwards :D

I'm nursing my honey, he was in a car accident last night and has a concussion. Spent four hours in the ER. Loads of fun. :D
BTW, thank God for big trucks. That's what they were in (he and my 7 year old). A mustang plowed through a stop sign and hit him on the side my son was on. Like I said, Thank God. . . it could have been so much worse. . . if they'd been in the camaro, don't even want to go there after watching a mom say good-bye to her teenage son last night in the ER.
