Basically you can't make a profit and you can pay yourself whatever you want to, to make sure you don't.........;)

Try getting ahold of Sanger Pete, he's set up numerous NP organizations. I know he hangs around the Classic Hot Boat board, the link is in my sig.

You cant pay yourself what ever you want. You have a board of directors and they determine your salary. Oh ya, you appoint the board of directors! I have a freind who did this and awhile ago decided he needed a plane so the charity had to buy one!

No charity, just trying to help small bidness out that cant afford the normal fee for what I offer.
