I wanted to post the article published in Friday February, 6th's San Bernardino Sun Telegram, but I'm not a member. So I'll give you the jist of the story and if someone has access to the archives they can post it. It seems a young Juan Jose Rios has won his battle against the Colton Joint Unified School district in his quest for a better education. After activist Gil Navarro filed a discrimination suit against the district on Juan's behalf. You see Juan wasn't allowed to enroll in college prep courses. Nevermind the fact that Juan and his parents are here illeagally and stealing the education he was receiving. They want to steal a better education and drug us through our own court system, paid for with our own money, to get it! Hey Juan, while you're at it why don't you just come by my work and collect money from my paycheck directly, then we can free up the courts! AAAAUUUUUGH! HOW CAN THIS STUFF HAPPEN? Hey I stole your chevy, but what I really want is your Cadillac and if you don't give it to me, I'm gonna sue you for it!

That is the kind of backwards ass legal system that we have nowdays. Everyone says that if you want to change it then get involved but our politicians are so bankrolled by the lawyers and any other lobbying group that comes along nothing gets done as most of constituants would like.
It is almost to the point that it is time to scrap everything, revert back to the constitution and legal system of the 1700's and start over and learn from our mistakes.:boxed: :pigfly:

I guess California came too late in the development of the U.S.
You have no "Frontier Justice" in your past. No good ol boys to kick the shit out of people that try shit like that.
Let some illegal try and get into the pockets of some Okies and see what happens. Jethro and his brothers would be paying him a visit. :D
I wish it still worked like that. A few vigilante events almost seem appropriate now and then. Things are way out of hand.
Maybe a history repeating itself is in the future? The people not trusting the decision of a law maker or law keeper is what drove those actions.

I am sure you have heard the one about the woman from Ohio they are trying to deport? She was here illegally for some amount of years, she got married once, then divorced, then married again. Her then husband was deported for some reason. Then she went on welfare sitting on her ass for a few years. Finally they caught up to her because she was not paying taxes. Now they want to deport her, but a bunch of people (including ohio's George Voinavich sp??.) want to keep her here because her 2 kids were born here.
So I guess what they are saying is sneak in, get pregnant, and you are safe.

That's the way it works man. At least in CA that is their technique.
After you have the baby it is welfare that keeps them here.

Can us white people (close to being the minority in California) file a discrimination suit because we're the ones paying FOR EVERYTHING?!!!
Effen John Kerry's running for President and his call-to-action is "healthcare for everyone!" Yeah, and who do you think is going to pay for healthcare for the people who don't have it (who just so happen to be the people who AREN'T WORKING)?!
When all of us hardworking taxpayers have no money left to pay for all the socialistic programs where's the money going to come from then?!
