Sorry, I don't know anybody doin probate....
But, just as an aside, this place is usually "**** all the lawyers" so it wouldn't surprise me to see a lack of responses.
I can give and take Lawyer jokes with the best of them but it gets a little ridiculous here some of the time.
It seems hypocritical that most folks here (I'm not implying you;) ) are quick to attack but come weeping like hurt puppies as soon as they feel "wronged" or "slighted."
Just my observation.

He did up my mom and dad's trust. Keeps up abreast of changes and when mom past this last year was helpful in getting dad to understand the legal manuvers that had to take place so we could reduce taxes when he passes. Time lines are important.
Seems like a low key kinda guy but explains things so the folks can understand it.
