a local company makes these. i have a video clip of a motor running with these on just ask. it wont let me post it here

not if you clean them, they guys that make these is one of the most extreme engine builders around. when you run 2000hp motor you need to see everthing. just heard today he is looking to make a reallity show about boats and engine building. here is a pic of one off there motors they run and build

you would have to calll them and ask them. im just a local guy that like to try and send him some more buisness. i now put some motors in the peir 57 offshore boat last year. check out there web site. www.racecrafters.biz let me know if you like it. anyone looking for a horsepower motors look no more.

They had an article in powerboat mag not too long ago. Those injected motors make huge reliable power!:eek!:

yeah they guy likes to go big. they are very good people to deal with, i remember years back on the river when they were testing alot. they would not settle for anything less then perfect, they have help me in the past (at the ramp) and i would refur anyone to them if you are looking for huge power :) :)

Hey JP, I saw some guys building 350's at Long Beach last weekend. Naturally asperated (single carb) making 750 hp! 5k for the motor.
Maybe not you're cup but seems pretty good to me;)

Yes, that's what I saw. I'm kicking myself for not getting the company info but I'll go to the meet next month and if they;re there I'll get more info.
I'm sure they weren't marine application but that's still a nice starting point.

2000 HP with a time to rebuild of all of 2 whole hours ( + or - )... Ist not for us...... Gimma a intercooled Merc 575 and plenty O' time baby !

I don't get to see to much at the swapmeets. Just what's going on around me.
Those covers look ok but if you are not running those shaft rockers you prolly have a stud girdle. Wouldn't be able to see much if that's the case.

i dont know all the tips ands tricks of high horsepower motors. but around here thats to much to run on the mississippi. its all fun exciting, but when your are on the mississippi river remember one thing, respect her or she will not respect you and take you, :)
