I had that exact problem last year. After the third tuning pass, I, the mother concerned for my kids safety, stomped down to his house. I informed him, using my ENTIRE vocabulary at the top of my lungs, just what I intended to do if he did it one more time. Well, that worked, but it seemed to strain relations between his mother and me. Untill his 14 year old sister got tossed out of her boyfriends car, totally naked at 3 in the morning, using her Entire vocabulary on the boyfriend. For some reason, the heat was off me. Oh well.

Few years back the little ****s that lived down the street would be out there playing football every night when I came home from work. Never would be to quick about getting out of the street either. Came home one day in my Camaro, seen 'em out there when I came around the corner and hammered it. Got flat ****ing sideways smokin' 'em. They scattered real nice. Parked the car in front of the house, then had to leave to go pickup some beer, and took the wifes car.
Few minutes later the cops showed up and told my daughter they wanted to talk to her "brother". Said that she didn't have a brother. The cops wanted to know who the Camaro belonged to and she told them "it's my dad's". She said the cop had a stupid grin on his face when he left.
Cops never came back, and I never had to wait on those little bastards to move ever again.

If it happens infrequently, I would just ignore it. If this was a regular occurrance, then I would let him know that you don't appreciate his wreckless driving and you are prepared to speak with his parents. If the parents don't back you up, call the police. Break out the Camcorder and post us a video.
