Did you hear the quote from Kerry this morning? Responding to the Bush add regarding his senate voting? THe add basically says that Kerry voted for the war but then voted against all the related bills aimed at supporting the war.
Here's the quote:
Kerry: "The truth is that I actually voted for that bill before I voted against it".

I don't love Bush. THere's plenty of things to slam him on. Why isn't anybody talking about those issues? Seems like the dems would rather make stuff up then focus on real issues that could actually hurt BUsh.???

I am a Bush supporter and you are right there is plenty to talk about where Bush is concerned with out the dems making stuff up! I am not happy with the description medicare expense thing and despite the fact that the tax break, according to the WSJ, is creating more revenue for the national treasury Bush and this Congress has not put the lid on spending. And I am not talking about defense either. I mean the social spending stuff.
However in the overall scheme of things Bush is far superior to what Kerry has to offer especially on the war on terror and other national security issues. I am also not happy with his protectionist attitude towards the steel industry and such but as I said over all I think he is head and shoulders above Kerry.
The problem for me is that Bush is not conservative for me...but then again neither was Ronaldus Magnus either.
But at least the dem-o-rats are in the right spot by calling their web site the underground!

Agree with you 100%. I have great issues with Bush's social spending, seemingly out of control. It does blur the lines between Demorat and Republican... far too much IMO.
But there isn't a demorat I'd ever vote for, because they are really the socialist party, something that makes my skin crawl.
I agree about the web site too... it belongs underground!

I also love the claim of some people to be fiscal conservatives, but are more socially liberal.......that is funny, since they are mutually exclusive of each other.
