That was a great time and great photos!
The RTJas clan had a great time!!! It's not even April and I've had the boat out a total of 5 days this month!!! That's AWESOME. Not one of those trips has required more than a t-shirt and swim suit either. I LOVE IT!!!
Something did bother me though, and I learned of it after I pulled the boat out of the water yesterday. There was another group on the lake yesterday, a group of lurkers that went out there but didn't want to stop at the RWYB beach because they didn't think they had nice enough boats!!! :confused: I told them nobody there cares what's you're rolling in, we're just out to have a good time. The peeps I talked to had great boats too, classic Eliminators for example, not like they were rollin' in Bayliners ;) , and even if they were, who gives a shit? Cool peeps is cool peeps, no matter what they have. I think we need to make sure this never happens again!!! Come One, Come All, RUN WHAT YOU BRUNG!!!! Same goes for OP6....

Went out this morning with one of my sons, and the lake was totally windblown. Managed to make it to Crane's and meet a few people. An 18 footer with the chop there was this morning don't mix, so I pussed out and left. Sorry I didn't get a chance to meet/talk to more people, but when the bilge pump's working non-stop, it's time to go.

Yeah, there were a number of us who brought the kids for a family day with friends. I thought it was in poor taste to wear that all day. Not just that he wore it either, but that he also was constantly bending over, etc...
But it's mine & MrsRTJas's job to protect our kids. We tried to keep them away from that kind of "action", and they had a great time! We all did...

What a great turn out.. It was good to meet alot of you guys.. good to hang out.. The water was not as bad as I thought it would be.. All in all.. Im pretty impressed with the group.. Every time I go to one of these events.. I’m pleasantly surprised.. Got to take some good rides.. most of the day the water wouldn’t let me go to fast.. But .. that’s the way it goes.. Some of the posse showed up to represent.. I’m not even going to try to remember all the board names vs. real names.. But it was good to meet all of you..
I feel about 2" shorter after riding with Bigamist..lol.. But it was all good.. We ended up going to Castaic on Sunday and taking in some more sun.. I think I got at least 1 of those 2"s back.. Unfortunately I was running around.. and forgot to take pics....

I was there with Bobaloo and friends directly across from them.. I'm surprised they got in a brawl becuase they seemed to be kinda keeping to themselves? Especially since they had 2 or 3 kids with them? (2 or 3 years old?)

We were just as suprised that the fight happened with kids around. Sometimes you have to sallow your pride, and walk away. I would never throw a punch with my Daughter around, unless some on was physically disrespecting me or my family, at that point you kind of have no choice. It was so crazy when the 3 boats pulled off shore, it looked like they were going to start ramming each other.
Anyway, we had great time out there this weekend. Didnt leave until 6pm or so yesterday. :D It was good to see everyone again. :cool:

Good Times! had a blast Saturday with the great morning glass and a bunch of really nice boats showed up. Miller's boat is amazingly clean. it practically looks brand new.
I had to leave at 1pm so im sure i missed out on a lot of the fun. Not sorry that i missed the elephant man sighting though.
My gf and I came back saturday afternoon to some high winds, big chop and just parked the boat for most of the day. Hung out with the Scubas and Havasu Doug until dark and had a great BBQ. Thanks guys!

Well tell her I said thank you very much! We are very happy with it so far. I tell you with a little money and a month its amazing what you can come up with. BTW it ran great. I didnt GPS it really there is no point. We ran 62 at Castaic when we first got it. Im sure that hasnt changed much. Maybe when I put a 250 shot in it Ill GPS again! :D

I had a blast and it was nice seeing everyone. My crew (sausage party) showed up late as hell on Sat. so I did not get out until noon. I spent Sunday in the cove as my anchor is a POS and I did not want to wash up on shore or smack someone's boat if it got loose in the wind. I must have just missed the fight. At about 2:00 I decided my belly needed feeding so I left to use up the rest of my gas and call it a day. RD, I'll be in touch about getting you a contact here at work. We should have 2 of these a year. This last one for getting things ready for summer and then again late in the year as a last hoorah before putting things away. I do love the river but it sure was nice being back at home in 40 minutes.
