Your local industrial hardware should have them , even in SS.

McMaster-Carr will probably have them. Only downer is you'll probably have to buy a package of 50 or 100. You could also try Lowes if there's one nearby. Sometimes Lowes suprises me with what they carry.

Lowes has a fair amount of stainless steel hardware. I got some metric cap screws in SS there...

Shit can the set screws. Nothing but a disaster waiting to happen at 60 mph. Replace them with stainless rivets.... you'll be glad you did.

CP,
You're right. My experience has been that if they don't got it, it's gonna be darn near impossible to find. There's rarely a thing that they don't have. I try to check them first for anything I need. The only downfall is you have to buy packages. They don't have onesies or twosies of stuff. However, you can usually get a package of something for less than you can buy 2 or 3 at the hardware store.

I was able to find one at Lowes.

Ditto on the rivets. Replaced my broken ass screws with them, only about $30 for a kit from Lowes.
My bimini is a Custom Canvas creation and they now use rivets as well (so why did they use screws in the first place?)

Westmarine has them in the store. I picked up a couple for my bimini last week. I think they were .40 pc.

Not yet LRB. On my way to Lowes in a few minutes. Looks like my best bet to get them locally. I'll probably get 5 - 10 and keep in my tool box. Thanks for the heads up with your place in Riverside. If I can't find them at Lowe's I'll go by Rainbow next week. Gotta go to Moreno Valley anyway for teh restaurant.
