How many peps out there have 22s on there ride and tow a 26' or larger boat. With the tire rating at 2600 lbs will it be okay? My stock tires on my suburban was 2300 or something like that.

You should be fine- H2on22's tows a Kachina 26 with 22's.
I tow with some 20's, but the tires are 35 series, very small, and I have never had a problem towing around 4000 pounds.
I know a couple of others that have Denali's with 22s, 23s and one guy with an H2 and 24s, all tow big boats and never had a had a problem. Post some pics of the wheels on the vehicle-gotta love 22's.
Good luck-

I pull a 34 with 20's. I run the Nitto NT404 and it is rated, I think, for 3100# load. More than most others out there.

Who can blame him- I'd love to tow any 26 foot cat behind a Escalade on 22's. Thats one pimp rig. No one can deny that.

You will be fine rolling 22's. The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the stock brake system. That's a pretty substantial rotating mass and the stock brakes will be working like a call girl on Hollywood Blvd. Baer Brakes makes an excellent system. PM me and I will get you their info.

Well first of all I wanna say thanks for all the replies, It makes me feel alittle better going in this summer. I would really hate to get to the middle of desert center and blow a tire, for one I did get those baer brakes but I also have drop spindles so i guess trying to put on the spare tire is out of question. I did hear baer is selling a 18" spare tire, something I will look into before making my first trip.
Hey ROLN 20 ,As soon as I figure out how to post pics I will post pic of my ride or as everyone else says and im not kidding its my wife ride ha ha ha.

JRocket-
Boat is awesome. I am leaving in about an hour for a guys weekend. Only taking 2 other guys in order to keep the sausage factor to a minimum. Are you still interested in a wagon? I have a 4 x 4 wagon for sale.
